I had an incredible time at this resort! The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively thanks to amazing staff like Diony and Jorge, who made our beach days unforgettable. While the service from the RCI concierge left something to be desired, the overall experience was top-notch. The range of activities, dining options, and the stunning beach make this a place I would return to in a heartbeat.

After ten years of returning to Hacienda Tres Rios, I can confidently say it keeps improving. The friendly staff makes the experience memorable-especially Miguel and the entertainment team. The only downside is the beach could use some work, but the fresh water rivers make up for it. The overall vibe is fun and welcoming, making it a great spot for families.
